At Juvasonic.co, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. To make your experience worry-free, we offer a 30-day return policy and a 1-year easy replacement warranty. Below, you’ll find the terms and procedures for returns, refunds, and replacement claims.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all supplied materials (e.g., accessories, manuals).
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) must be provided.

Exclusions:

  • Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at hello@juvasonic.co within the 30-day return period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, we will provide the RMA number and return shipping instructions. Please clearly include the RMA number when sending the item back.
  3. Ship the product to the provided address using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it meets our eligibility criteria:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.

Partial Refunds:

If the product is not in its original condition or is missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

2. 1-Year Easy Replacement Warranty

We stand by the quality and durability of our products. If your Juvasonic® device develops a defect within 1 year of the purchase date, you may be eligible for a replacement under the terms of our easy replacement warranty.

What the Warranty Covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use of the product.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow usage instructions.
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, wear and tear) not affecting functionality.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.

How to Claim a Replacement:

   1. Contact us at hello@juvasonic.co and provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Description and evidence of the defect (e.g., photos, videos).

   2. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement device at no additional cost.

3. You may be required to send the defective product back to us. If so, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping costs.

Replacement Terms:

  • Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period (1 year from the original purchase date).
  • Warranty claims must follow the outlined process for consideration.
